Synthesis of Aloperine-Containing Mannich Bases of Isoflavones

The possibility of using the alkaloid aloperine for aminomethylation of a chromone ring was studied. A series of 8-(aloperin-12-yl)methyl-substituted isoflavone derivatives were synthesized.
