It is very important meaning for enterprises to manage with market-oriented rank. At the present day, the studies of the market-oriented principle primarily adopt qualitative analysis. This paper constructs the model of judgment of market-oriented rank with the theories and ways of fuzzy, and discusses the problems of check and evaluation of market-oriented rank. The outcomes of studies show that the quantitative analysis of market-oriented rank can handle this model.
