Photocrosslinkable polymers with redissolution porperty

摘要

Polymers having both thermally degradable epoxy-containing moieties and sulfonic acid ester moieties in the side chain were prepared and characterized.On UV irradiation the polymer films containing photoacid generators became insoluble.The cross-linked polymer films became soluble in water after bake treatmentat 120-200degC.
