Britain's rich history in watchmaking is undisputed, but it has, of course, become an industry dominated by the Swiss. While that situation isn't about to change any day soon, today there's a growing number of brands that are flying the flag. Maybe not 'made' in Britain, but certainly conceived, nurtured and launched into the world from here, as is the case with Kennett Watches. We spoke to founder Tom Kennett, who made a watch for his father when he couldn't find what he wanted on the market -thus the business was born.
