摘要

Four sheep and 4 goats were each injected intraruminally with fenbendazole (FBZ) and triclabendazole (TCBZ) at 5 and 10 mg/kg body weight, respectively. Blood samples were collected sequentially from 0 to 120 h after injection. A simple HPLC methodwas used to simultaneously estimate FBZ and TCBZ metabolites in plasma. A substantial difference in FBZ uptake was observed between sheep and goats with lower Cmax (maximum plasma concentration) and AUC (area under the plasma concentration vs. time curve) of the parent compound and its metabolites in the latter species. The parent TCBZ compound was not detected in plasma at any time. There were no significant differences in Cmax and AUC of TCBZ metabolites between species. No significant differences were observed in the pharmacokinetic values of FBZ or FBZ and TCBZ metabolites when the drugs were given alone or in combination. It is concluded that simultaneous administration of FBZ and TCBZ to sheep and goats has additive effects.
