Ciba Specialty Chemicals,Textile Effects Segment,has entered into a co-operation arrangement,to globally market the garment wet processing chemicals range of Boehme Filatex Inc,USA.The arrangement allows Ciba Specialty Chemicals to produce under,license and market HlPOCHEM' products worldwide,excluding NAFTA and the Dominican Republic.Boehme Filatex will continue to produce and market the HIPOCHEM1 range in NAFTA and the Dominican Republic.
