According to the latest figures published by the Broadband Forum and prepared by broadband industry analysts Point Topic, broadband subscriptions have risen to over 624 million. Amid this news, the Broadband Forum has launched its BBF.069 CPE Certification Program and announced the first certified devices. The companies whose products have achieved the first BBF.069 certifications at the official testing laboratory, University of New Hampshire-InterOperabiIity Laboratory (UNH-IOL), are Broadcom, Cisco, D-Link, Huawei and Lantiq.
