Technetics Group manufactures TEXOLON~R skived PTFE sheets. The skived PTFE sheets and films are available from 0.001" to 0.375" thick and in widths up to 60". Standard widths include 12", 24", 36", 48" and 60". Skived PTFE sheets and films are available in continuous rolls or cut to a specified length. Technetics Group offers material slit to a desired width in order to help reduce scrap and waste. Technetics Group can laminate, punch or die cut all skived sheet and film products. All Technetics Group PTFE skived sheets and films can be furnished with one or both surfaces etched for adhesive bonding. The company offers sodium ammonia and sodium naphthalene chemical modification. PTFE skived sheets and films are available in a wide variety of virgin and modified resins as well as PTFE compounds.
