Having been farmed by Jack Martin until retirement, all three spotted the 'For Sale' sign up, and began to engage in the prospect of ownership, having merely dreamed about it for years before. Peter Checkley, his father Brian, and Peter's partner Wendy Johnson, have enormous experience between them in commercial fruit growing.
