Safety Training Fellows Visit Japan,South Africa,and USA in 2002 and 2003

The IUPAC committee on Chemistry and Industry (COCI)has a strong focus on safety in chemical operations.Through its afety Workshops (see C/Vol.2,Jul-Aug 2003,p.32)and the IUPAC-UNESCO-UNIDO Safety Training Program,COCI disseminates state-of-the-art practices in health,safety,and environmental quality worldwide.
