Welcome to Honolulu—the state capital and Heart of Hawaii, as well as Oahu's center of art, history, and culture. We are pleased to venture into this city again for PRiME 2008 Joint International Meeting: the 214th ECS Meeting, and the 2008 Fall Meeting of ECSJ. This major international conference will be held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village (HHV) and the Hawaii Convention Center (HCC) and will include 53 topical symposia consisting of 3,237 technical presentations. You are invited to participate not only in the technical program, but also in the other social events planned for the meeting.
