摘要

This publication proposes a method for optical 3D shape measurements utilizing stereophotogrammetry with a structured illumination. The major advantage of this method in comparison to others lies in the projection rate of the used statistical patterns. Thereby very low measurement times can be achieved. Additionally, the reconstruction algorithm is explained to facilitate not only a fast measurement but also fast processing of the data. Experimental data will be presented that compares a well-established stripe-projection system with the proposed one that proves the ability of the latter to retain measurement precision at the level of stripe-projection systems while increasing the measurement speed significantly.
