Due diligence review of Kayapa project

CRAZY Horse Resources is undertaking a due diligence review in connection with its proposed acquisition of the Kayapa Copper-Gold Porphyry Project. The review includes preparation of a qualifying report in accordance with NI 43-101 guidelines. The company is proposing an initial work program consisting of about 16,000 metres of reverse circulation and diamond drilling to establish an NI 43-101 compliant copper-oxide resource and confirm some of the historical drilling at depth.
