Messer Forms Gases JV to Serve Petchems Park in China

The Messer Group says it has concluded a joint venture contract with Quanhui Petrochemical Industrial Park in Fujian Province to provide complete industrial gas services to the petrochemical companies within the park as well as to the merchant customers in the surrounding markets. The new company, Fujian Quanhui Messer Gas Co., will invest in gas production facilities to provide these services. Messer's entry into the Fujian market, especially reaching cooperation with a petrochemical park, represents a major milestone for the industrial gases producer in southern China.
