Because they don't have a range of mains powered tools, Panasonic aren't known as a major power tool manufacturer. However, they do make high quality cordless tools, in part because they are one of the world's leading battery manufacturers, supplyingother manufacturers as well as their own brand. The latest major development in cordless tool battery technology is, of course, Lithium Ion or Li-Ion. Panasonic have a few Li-Ion ranges, one being the 14.4V. The subject of this User Report is the EYC 107 LR Combo Kit, comprising a EY 7441 X Drill/Driver, EY7546 X Impact Driver and EY4640 X Angle Grinder.
