Dear Minister, Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Report of the Committee of Inquiry into Australia's Standards and Conformance Infrastructure. At a full-day meeting held on 24 May 1995 the Council of the Standards Association of Australia reviewed the Report's recommendations, particularly those which have a direct impact on Standards Australia and its area of work.
