Garry and his wife Rossanne recently sold weaners at the annual Yea store sale to a top of 785 dollar, with an average price Garry estimates as being 40.00 dollar better than the equivalent black cattle. The Marshall's, who reside in the Yarra Valley, 60kms east of Melbourne, first purchased property in the Yea area in 1986 and have since expanded their holdings to include four surrounding farms, with the combined properties now known as 'Jarrahwood'.
