Former RPM CFO Resumes Role as Finance Chief

RPM International says it has appointed Robert Matejka as CFO, succeeding P. Kelly Tompkins, who will resign April 30 to become executive v.p./legal, government affairs, and sustainability at Cliffs Natural Resources. This will be Matejka's second tour as RPM's CFO. He served in that position from 2001 through 2007, before retiring from the company.
