PPG's Waterborne Coatings Facility in China Completes First Phase of Expansion

PPG Industries says its PPG Coatings (Tianjin) subsidiary has completed the first phase of expansion of its waterborne coatings facility at Tianjin, China. Following the completion of the first phase of expansion, the capacity of waterborne automotive and industrial coatings has reached 4,000 m.t./year. The capacity is expected to increase to about 10,000 m.t./year when the second phase of the project is completed.
