The flow of coal cargoes to the Far East has been disrupted due to the problems the Russian Railway has hadabout its transportation capacity and repair of railway infrastructure.The Russian Railway usually conducts track maintenance work during the period from March through the monthsbefore winter every year. However, the works to raise transportation capacity have been additionally done. As a result,the rail transport has increasingly been suspended.
