U.S. Driftwood LNG Applies for LNG Export Permit to DOE

Driftwood LNG LLC, which is developing a LNG production terminal in Louisiana State, applied for LNG exportpermit to the United States Department of Energy (DOE). According to the documents published by DOE, DriftwoodLNG submitted an application dated September 28th for a permit to export up to 26 million tons per year or 1,496.5 billioncubic feet per year of LNG to both FTA and non-FTA nations.
