10 power generation units which start operation are new Units #1 - #3 at Linkou, new Units #1 & 2 at Shenao, Units #1 & 2 at Talin, Units #11 & 12 at Taichung and new Unit #1 at Hsinta. The outputs are 1,000 MW at #1 Unit at Hsinta and 800 MW each at remaining 9 units. As a result, when all the units are put in operation, the installed capacity at coal-fired electric power plants of Taiwan Power will be increased by 8,200 MW.
