POSCO To Participate In Mt. Klapan Project

摘要

POSCO of Korea is revealed to participate in the Mount Klapan metallurgical coal project of Canada. POSCO through its subsidiary POSCO Canada acquires 20% interest in that project from Fortune Minerals of UK for 181 million dollars. With this, Fortune and POSCO will set up new joint venture making a investment of 80% and 20% respectively, and promote jointly the Mount Klapan project.
