Walter Energy Inc. decided on 7 November 2015 to sell out the coal assets in Alabama as a single package to asenior lender group for the Company. These assets were sold out on 31 March 2016 as a single package to Warrior MetCoal LLC set up by the senior lender.What were sold out are multiple coal assets in Alabama such as No.4 Underground Mine and No.7 UndergroundMine as Walter Energy’s flagship coal mine.
