The top management of Universal Coal plc has recently set up a sub-committee in order to fully examine thetakeover proposal from IchorCoal NV, Netherlands.Based on the study result made by the sub-committee, the top management will inform its own shareholderswhether to divest the shares to IchorCoal or not.
