The firm who is going to construct this terminal is Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal Pty Ltd. (WICET) established by the joint investment by 18 firms comprising BMA, Anglo American plc, Rio Tinto Limited and Xstrata plc, etc. who are doing the coal export business in the State of QLD.
