On September 4, Up Energy Development Group Limited, China finished acquisition of the interests in GrandeCache (GC) coal mine, an existing metallurgical coal mine in Canada. A 42.74% interest in GC coal mine was obtained from Winsway Enterprises Holdings Limited, China and a 40%interest from Marubeni Corporation respectively. Consequently, the interest in this coal mine is 82.74% owned by UpEnergy Development and 17.26% by Winsway Enterprises Holdings.
