India's second largest private oil refiner Essar Oil Limited recently announced that it completed its Optimisation Project at Vadinar refinery four months ahead of the original schedule. The project is to further raise refining capacity of the refinery up to 405,000 barrels per day, which had been increased from 300,000 bpd to 375,000 bpd by the end of this March. The company has shown its plan that the project will be completed by the end of this September.
