The U.S. Port Author LNG LLC to Build LNG Export Terminal

The United States Port Author LNG, LLC (PALNG) requested the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to initiate the pre-filing review of PALNG’s proposed liquefaction and export facilities. The Company is scheduled to commence construction in 2016 and has already conveyed its request to FERC so that authorization for the siting, construction and operation for the project could be issued not later than October 2016.
