Once again in Mongolia, the conflict between the Government and Parliament has come up to the surface with regard to the developer for Tavan Tolgoi deposit. The Government of Mongolia selected the consortium comprising Shenhua Group Corporation Limited, China, Sumitomo Corporation and Energy Resources LLC (ERL) as a developer for Tavan Tolgoi deposit, whereas the Parliament has decided not to approve this consortium as a developer.
