In 2016, revenue in Indonesia's plastics industry is expected to grow at 5% to USD$6.7billion on the back of Indonesia's growing food and beverage industry. With the emergence of a wealth of plastic applications such as anti-microbial, high temperature resistant, UV-ray resistant, biodegradable and recyclable; the industry is poised at a new frontier where the technology of plastic is becoming increasingly ingrained in everyday life.
