At the recent German Rubber Conference (DKT) in Nuremberg, Lanxess's subsidiary Rhein Chemie presented a new process known as iCOM for final integrated continuous mixing. According to the company, this makes the production process more cost-efficient. The quality of compound manufacture is ensured through iCOM analytics.
