Study of Compositional Heterogeneity of Pectic Substances by Pulse NMR

摘要

Chemical heterogeneity of various pectin compounds was studied by the technique of gel chroma-tography.A pulse NMR procedure was developed for the quantitative determination of the degree of substitution in the isolated fractions of pectin compounds.The results obtained confirm the accuracy of estimation of the degree of chemical heterogeneity of polysaccharide derivatives by the pulse NMR method.
