In There is No App for Happiness: How to Avoid a Near-Life Experience, Max Strom (2013) suggests three imperatives: 1) self-study - overcome negative presets; 2) live as if your time and your lifespan are the same thing (because they are); and 3) learn a daily regimen that heals and empowers, and practice it for an hour a day. Strom (2013) points out that most of us hardly ever take a full and complete breath, and that conscious breathing is cleansing and healing on many levels.
