Huntsman ends ICI saga

The Huntsman companies have finally managed to fully acquire Huntsman International Holdings LLC (HIH)-the parent company of Huntsman Polyurethanes. This follows their purchase of ICI plc's 30-percent debt and equity holding in HIH and another 9-percent stake held by two financial institutions.
