Effect of the chromatog.parameters on the residual solvent sepn.in anal,of active pharmaceutical ingredients was detd.The classic gas chromatog.and head-space chromatog.were used.The type of chromatog.column,carrying gas pressure,initial column temp.,thermostate temp,and capacity of thermostatic soln.,injection time,diluent nature and addn.of salt were varied.
