A Polish fixing agent for reactive dyes,Fixatex BF,was used alone and in combination with UV absorbers and/or HALS type stabilizers.The BF + 2% of HALS-type Primene 81R(tertiary amines each contg.12-16 C atoms)provided the best UV fastness to fixed dyeings.The BF-fixed fabrics were mechanically as resistant as those treated with imported fixing agents.The BF used alone was inferior.
