WuXi AppTec a pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device research and development outsourcing company with operations in China and the U.S., has announced it had recently held a successful 2009 supplier conference in Shanghai. The half-day event, with a theme of "Stick together to create a brilliant 2009" assembled 110 representatives of suppliers who provide the company with top-quality instruments and other equipment, raw materials, reagents, consumables, and related products and services. The conference provided a venue to exchange new ideas and strategies to improve the efficiency of the supply chain and to positively impact future financial and operational performance.
