Earlier, a resident could work with non-residents, who had opened investment account in national currency hryvnia, and it did not require a general license. There is not a single stock trader who has this license, only banks have it. National operators of stock market were suspended from complete operations, and some large investors withdrew part of the investments out of Ukrainian stock market.
