A U.S. Coal Review source recently provided a little commentary on how sour the Eastern coal market has turned, offering a further bearish viewpoint in an environment with few positive signs. "Physically, it's definitely quiet," the source said. "It's a little interesting on the NYMEX contract. All of that stuff trades and you get open interest, which is an indication of how much trading there is in the NYMEX market.
