Are we in the third inning or eighth inning of a coal rally, or are we in one of those cricket matches that go on for a month and no one is too sure who is winning? We posed that question to Steve Doyle, president of Doyle Trading Consultants. His answer? "My head hurts! We cannot even predict the past accurately. All we can say is the amount of uncertainty in the marketplace is staggering. "That means price volatility will abound, and market partici-pants should be thankful that we have a healthy domestic and global OTC market in which to hedge the fluctuations and pro-vide a higher level of certainty in your future purchases and sales."
