First they came for the mining permits, now they are coming for the air-pollution permits

The EPA has already proven that it doesn't mind taking what it has given when it comes to mining permits, so it's not too shocking that the Obama-led agency will do the same with power plants. The 1,500-MW Desert Rock plant planned for New Mexico has had its air-pollution permit rescinded. The plant received its permit in 2008, but September 25 the permit was taken back and the Navajo Nation was told to come back and reapply.
