Fueled by the oil boom and high prices for gold and other hard commodities, the robust Russian economy shows no sign of slowing down any time soon. As the country modernizes, upgrading of its food processing industry remains on the front burner from Moscow to Minsk, Kaliningrad to Kursk, and from Saint Petersburg to Vladivostok. Domestic food processors are prospering like never before, as menus enjoyed by upwardly mobile Russians become increasingly influenced by international recipes.
