摘要

As its title suggests, Quality Makes Money, says something which those involved in quality have been struggling to get others to believe for years. For this reason it would be an obvious recommendation for QW readers to use and pass onto their chief executives. Unfortunately the reality is not quite that simple. The book appears to try and work on three levels: o as a self-help book for those trying to implement what the authors call a 'complete quality process' (CQP) o as a piece of research work in the field of quality o as a case study of the implementation of a CQP in UICI Insurance Centre.
