Major corporate change? Take-away tips? This should be a great book! Sue Lownds writes in an easy and pleasant way. She describes the difficult cultural changes that took place to make this impressive project succeeds. The construction industry is possibly the least likely environment for a 'no blame' culture to be accepted, but at Heathrow Express, this was the case.She outlines the TL2 process-'think it, talk it, love it, live it'-that was at the heart of the change process and goes on to explain how the role of facilitator can be enormously valuable, but requires support and experience to achieve results. For the newly promoted leader this book could provide a good general model to compare their present organisation against, and certainly vindicates the value of facilitation.
