DOC drops Koehler duty to 0%; lightweight thermal expected in a month

Koehler Paper is expected next month to again land its lightweight thermal POS paper in the USA - for the first time in almost 18 months because of a trade dispute. "They may be loading it to ship out starting today," one US customer told PPIPulp & Paper Week on June 13. "I would assume (Koehler shipments would arrive in the USA in) about 30-40 days from yesterday." The Koehler entry into the USA occurs after a US Dept of Commerce (DOC) June 12 ruling erased to 0% a dumping duty on Koehler's lightweight thermal paper. The duty was 75.36%.
