In a rally almost as striking as the one in March,recovered paper pricing for US mills this month jumped awkwardly across almost every grade except old corrugated containers(OCC).Lack of generation combined with sudden surges for tonnage from low-supplied mills caused mostly 10-20/ton jumps from levels last month.
