Saica look set to invest over euro 400 million (532 millin)at its plant in venizel,northern france.the investment may include a new containerboard machine at the site,which could come on stream in 2010.the spanish company first aims to rebuild the mill's PM 4,which manufactures 155,000 tonnes/yr of semi-chemical fluting.
