Rubizhansky maps out plans

Rubizhansky Cardboard and Packaging Mill has drawn up an ambitious us44 million development plan covering several aspects of its packaging production process,from an investment in a cogeneration plant through to new converting lines.The Ukrainian firm recently secured a us14 million loan form the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development(EBRD)to help finance the scheme.
