International Paper(IP)has sold its Papeteries du Souche plant to the recently created holding company,ADAPACK.The value of the transaction was not disclosed.The mill,which is located in Anould,in the Vosges region of France,manufactures 60,000 tonnes/yr of one-side coated paper.
